We are proud of our inclusive culture, strong systems, and long-term client partnerships.Purpose of the RoleBGIS is seeking a Performance & Reporting Analyst to support service performance and reporting outcomes within a long-standing government contract in the justice precinct in Parramatta.Reporting to the Performance & Reporting Manager, and working closely with on-site and Operations Centre colleagues, you will help ensure performance data is accurate, accessible, and meaningful - supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the contract.This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, values collaboration, and can balance focused analytical tasks with positive stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesExcellent communicative and database/spreadsheet reporting and analytical skills.
