Job Description The Role (AKA: The Hero Cape You''ll Be Wearing)As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you''ll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a meltdown.You''ll be doing things like: Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plans Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team Championing the reduction (and elimination) of restrictive practicesAbout YouYou''ll thrive with us if you: Have a degree in OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work or similar Have experience creating, implementing & reviewing behaviour support plans Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status (suitable, core, proficient, advanced or specialist) DoNOThold a BSP registration?
