As an Account Manager within DLL''s FAO Sales team, you''ll play a key role in maintaining and growing the partnership with an existing and highly successful program in our Agriculture industry. You''ll work closely with both global and local vendor partners, resellers, and their end-user customers across Australia to deliver tailored financial solutions.In this role, you''ll also serve as a liaison between designated accounts and DLL''s internal departments including Business Support, Credit, Settlements, Customer Service, Compliance, Collections, Finance, and Asset Management ensuring seamless collaboration and service delivery.You''ll be directly responsible for managing key accounts and achieving individual sales targets. Your objectives will include growing new business volume, increasing margin and other income, enhancing portfolio profitability, expanding market reach, and contributing to team inclusiveness initiatives.You''ll report to the Country Sales Manager for Australia within DLL''s global Food, Agriculture & Outdoor Business Unit.Your function:Strengthen Existing PartnershipsProactively manage and grow relationships with major customers and partners through regular faceto-face meetings and ongoing engagement.Drive New Business GrowthIncrease new business volume and DLL''s share of partner activity by implementing consistent call cycles, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Strategic Program ManagementDevelop and execute tailored program strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for existing partners. This includes managing forecasts, pipelines, and delivering on key metrics such as new business volume, margin, and fee income.Partner Sales EnablementProvide training and development support to partner sales teams to enhance finance penetration and attract high-quality customers.Lead ManagementActively monitor and follow up on sales leads within the pipeline, ensuring timely engagement with both existing partners and potential prospects.First-Line Escalation SupportServe as the initial point of contact for non-standard inquiries, including pricing adjustments, changes to terms and conditions, priority deal handling, and settlement exceptions.
