Job PurposeAn exciting opportunity exists for aFinance Director Logisticsto join our leadership team during a period of significant growth and transformation.Reporting to the Vice President Finance Oceania (CFO), this roleserves as thekey commercial finance partnerforourContract Logistics(warehousing and distribution)and Landside Logistics(road and rail)business units, which together generateapproximately$600m in revenue. Thepositionwill also playan importantrolein integratingthe finance team ofSILKLogistics,whichweacquiredin 2025.Amajor focusof the roleis leading theintegration oftheacquiredbusiness into the broader DPWorldoperatingand financial model. This includesembedding consistent planning, reporting, performance management, and commercial disciplinesacross thelogisticsportfolio.On aday-to-daybasis,the Director will drivefinancial performance,providedecision support, andcontribute tovaluecreationwhileworking closely with executive leaders and operational teams. This is a senior FP&A-led rolewithastrongemphasis on commercial insight, forecasting, modelling, and strategic decision support.Key Responsibilities:Act as the lead commercial finance partner for Contract Logistics and Landside Logistics, delivering insight, challenge, and strategic decision support.Lead the integration of the newlyacquiredbusiness, aligning reporting, forecasting, governance, systems, and performance management frameworks.Own the full FP&A agenda across both business units, including budgets, strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and longrange financial modelling.Drive performance and value creation through clear analysis, identification of risks/opportunities, and initiatives that enhance profitability, productivity, and cost efficiency.Partner with Operations on key commercial decisions, including pricing, contract performance, capex, and investment evaluations.Develop and lead a highperforming finance team while ensuring strong governance, consistent reporting, and commercial agility across all business units.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:CPA/CA (or equivalent) with extensive senior finance experience inlogistics, supply chain, transport, or complex operational environments.Deep FP&A and commercial financeexpertise, including forecasting, financial modelling, and performance management.Proven experience leading integrations, acquisitions, or major transformation programs within complex businesses.Strong commercial partnering skills,operatingas a trusted advisor to senior executives and operational leaders.Demonstrated leadership capability, witha track recordof building, developing, and mentoring highperforming finance teams.Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, ideally with experience across multiple business units and large ERP/logisticssystems.About DP WorldDP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
