You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio with care, professionalism, and efficiency, while maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.About the RoleAs a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio. You must be respectful, well-organised, and capable of handling issues calmly and effectively. Immediate responsiveness and proactive action are essential, particularly when urgent matters arise.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a residential property portfolio from end to endConduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspectionsHandle maintenance requests promptly and coordinate repairsRespond to urgent issues immediately when requiredLiaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractorsManage arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals, and noticesResolve tenant and landlord concerns with practical problem-solvingEnsure compliance with NSW tenancy legislationMaintain accurate records and property documentationRepresent the Raine & Horne brand with professionalism and respectEssential RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager (residential)Hold Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or NSW Certificate of RegistrationSound knowledge of NSW tenancy laws and proceduresStrong communication, organisation, and time-management skillsCalm, respectful, and solution-focused approach to problem-solvingAbility to respond quickly and take immediate action when requiredHighly reliable, proactive, and detail-orientedValid Australian driver''s licence and reliable vehicleMust have full work rightsWhat We OfferFull-time position within a supportive and professional teamVery fair salary package, based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses availableSalary packaging optionsOngoing support and guidance from an experienced PrincipalOpportunity for long-term growth within the businessIs This Role for You?This position is suited to an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in managing properties with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
