For producing over 21 years, we NEED YOUR HELP to provide exceptional service to our beloved customers.Job Overview:Le Bon Choix is looking for a reliable and energetic Caf Allrounder to assist with various duties, including customer service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible, enthusiastic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Working Hours:This is a casual position with a flexible work schedule, ranging from 25 to 38 hours per week, including weekends and some evening shifts. HOWEVER, THERE IS ROOM FOR GROWTH AND MORE HOUR FLEXIBILTIYPay rates are under the Restaurant Industry Award MA000119.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.Prepare and serve food and beverages according to caf standards.Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other caf equipment.Assist with food preparation (sandwiches, salads, cakes, etc.) as needed.Take customer orders and process payments accurately.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, including tables, kitchen, and front-of-house areas.Stock and replenish items as needed.Assist in opening and closing the caf, including cleaning and setting up.Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth caf operations.Skills & Experience:Previous experience in a caf or hospitality environment preferred.Barista skills (desirable but not essential).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.A team player with a strong work ethic.Flexible and adaptable to varying shifts and working hours.THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR GROWTH HERE IN LE BON CHOIX.
