We are known for our delicious locally sourced food, unique vibe, innovative ideas and of course, soul-lifting, house-blend coffee.With two established and thriving venues in Australind and Bunbury, Benesse was thrilled to open its new store in Busselton in October 2023.About the RoleWith a great reputation for fast and friendly service, Benesse Busselton is looking for people who are passionate about quality coffee, fast friendly service and leaving a lasting impression on customersSuccessful candidates will be comfortable working under pressure in a fast manner, able to problem solve and use initiative.Successful candidates will have:12 months of experience in a similar style caf with high coffee volume (50kgs+ per week)Ability to demonstrate high level of barista knowledge, including calibrating grinders, dosing/extraction and machine maintenancePerfected skills in milk texturing (latte art is preferred but not essential)Excellent customer service skills that assist you in forming relationships with your customersAbility to stay calm and thrive during busy periods while maintaining consistency in coffee standardsAble to work well in a teamAll-round caf experienceFlexible availability including one weekend dayWhat We Offer2-4 days to start with - can increase later in yearLong-term opportunity for growth and development within a thriving cafeNo split or night shiftsStaff discounts at all cafe sitesComplimentary meals whilst on shiftA workplace you''ll love being apart ofPlease email resume and a little bit about yourself to Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Job Type: CasualPay: $32.31 per hourExperience:cafe: 1 year (Preferred)Work Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: In person
