We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator / Office All-Rounder to support our Operations team and technicians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys scheduling, communication, and helping both the field and office run smoothly.About the RoleThis position combines service coordination with general office administration. You will be the main communication link between the office and technicians, ensuring jobs flow efficiently and customers receive a great experience.Key responsibilities include:Scheduling and coordinating daily service, maintenance and installation jobsCommunicating with technicians about job timelines, progress, and rescheduling needsManaging job statuses using AeroFlow (preferred) or similar job management platformsAssisting in preparing and sending quotationsFollowing up quotes and customer work requestsMaintaining accurate notes, updates and job documentationAssisting the Operations Manager with admin tasks and prioritisationHandling general office tasks including calls, email management, data entry and filingProviding friendly and professional customer service at all timesAbout YouYou will thrive in this role if you enjoy fast-paced work, are organised, and are confident communicating with both customers and tradespeople.
