This is a valuable opportunity to have powerful impact in a meaningful space, guiding clientsto be more productive and effective by harnessing new technology.What you''ll doWe''re looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team as brand new AI Product Specialist to help drive the successful adoption of LEAP''s AI products across Australian family law firms. Partnering closely with our product, AI, and client-facing teams, you''ll support clients to understand, adopt, and embed AI into real legal workflows, ensuring they get genuine value from the technology.To make this happen, you will:Support the rollout and adoption of LEAP''s AI features, working with internal teams to align delivery with client needs and business prioritiesAct as a key link between clients and product teams, building a strong understanding of how family law firmsoperateand where AI can add real valueAssistwith onboarding, training sessions, and in-person workshops, helping clients confidently use AI in their day-to-day practiceProvide hands-on support to firms after onboarding, helping them refine their use of AI and overcome barriers to adoptionPartner with sales and client success teams to support AI demonstrations and deeper client conversationsGather client feedback and usage insights, and work closely with product teams to continuously improve the AI experienceStay across developments in legal technology and AI, keeping an eye on industry trends and how LEAP can continue to lead the marketWhat you''ll bringSolid experience in a legal environment, with at least 35 years working in or closely with Australian law firms. Experience in family law and a strong understanding of day-to-day legal processes, client management, and billing workflows will set you up wellA genuine interest in legal technology and how it can improve the way law firmsoperate. Youdon''tneed to be technical, butyou''recurious, quick to learn, and comfortable getting deep into how software is used in practiceExperience supporting or implementing new systems, processes, or tools in a legal setting, whetherthat''spractice management software, workflow improvements, or new ways of working.
