As part of the QBE team, you''ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.Your new roleManage end-to-end property claims, from lodgement to settlement, across Home Pack and standalone consumer property policies.Handle inbound and outbound customer, broker and supplier contact across phone and email channels.Apply sound case management to assess coverage, progress repairs, and deliver fair, timely outcomes.Identify and support vulnerable customers with empathy and appropriate escalation.Maintain accurate documentation, compliance and decision-making while upholding behavioural and service standards.Demonstrate resilience and adaptability during weather events where portfolios and workloads can spike suddenly.About youExperience in property claims or related case management roles (highly regarded).Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations calmly and professionally.High resilience with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, surge-prone environments.Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid, high-performing team.Excellent communication, sound judgement and a commitment to integrity and fairness.Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders including customers, brokers and suppliers.BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
