You will provide specialist installation and maintenance support. You will perform hands-on work individually and as part of a Field Service team.As a Services Specialist - Commissioning you will be responsible for: Participating in and overseeing equipment installations, execute commissioning, maintenance, repair, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, verification, and servicing requirements of field work Liaising with teams to co-ordinate storage, maintenance & refurbishment to ensure equipment is prepared and fully fit for purpose Managing maintenance, repair and refurbishment activities on sold or existing products Providing technical support and consultancy at customer sites, via remote connection on servicing products or opportunity on equipment upgrades Acting as primary customer contact for the duration of each project through commissioning; resolves specification issues; handles correspondence; provides periodic updates; Collaborating cross-functionally to establish a commercial strategy for our product line regionally to deliver products and services to meet customer needsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
