Role Overview:This is a full-time on-site position based in our Bourke Road, Alexandria HubWe are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Community team as a Community Associate / Receptionist for our vibrant coworking space. The Community team is the heart and soul of our business with the mission to provide the best environment and customer service to our members and to create a unique community of like-minded people.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to our members. Key Responsibilities:Welcome members and visitors, and manage incoming parcels and courier deliveriesAnswer and triage calls related to the Bourke Road HubMaintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and overall site upkeepIdentify and escalate issues to the Community Manager for resolutionUnderstand, communicate and enforce Workit policies and rules across the hub and common areasManage fob access, including issuing, tracking and collecting fobs on move-outSupport the onboarding and offboarding of members, including site tours for new arrivalsBuild a welcoming, inclusive and collaborative community through relationships and eventsMaintain strong member relationships and ensure issues and requests are addressed promptlyStay informed on member business updates, milestones and initiatives and share highlights via Slack or social channelsSupport the Events Coordinator with the setup, hosting and pack-down of monthly community eventsAttend monthly social and educational eventsCapture photos and short videos at community events for use by the Marketing teamOther adhoc tasks allocated by the Community ManagerWhat skills & experience are beneficial:Have 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality, Office management OR in a Co-working spaceHold a high standard of customer serviceAble to work independently to get tasks completed and represent the CompanyMust have strong interpersonal and networking skills - you love to build relationships with peopleDemonstrate integrity, responsibility and accountabilityExcellent organisational and problem-solving skillsWhat''s in it for you?Opportunity to work in a community-driven company supporting small Australian businesses to growForm strong and lasting relationshipsA fun, lively and dynamic work environmentA supportive and inclusive workplace that values your voice to support innovation, collaboration, and personal developmentBeing a part of a company that deeply values our culture and our people#LI-Onsite
