We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Bus Drivers to join to join our support services team.Role includes:Bus Driving and Utility Duties - transporting site personnel while assisting with general site operations to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment.THE POSITIONSDriving Responsibilities:Safely operate buses to transport site personnel between accommodation, work areas, and other designated locations.Conduct pre-start vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly.Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and site-specific transport protocols.Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle.Utility Support Responsibilities:Assist with general cleaning duties across site facilities (e.g. dining areas, amenities, offices).Support waste management, restocking supplies, and basic maintenance tasks.Respond to ad hoc requests from site management to support daily operations.Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Compass Group''s safety and hygiene standards.THE PERSONThe FIFO lifestyle can be very rewarding, but it isn''t for everyone.
