This role will see you working as part of a collaborative and team orientated environment. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.Skills and ExperienceRelevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.Minimum two (2) years in a nursing role essentialNo prior experience required however, recent critical care experience desirableDemonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patientExhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilitiesCapable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as requiredWhat''s in it for you?Professional Advancement:Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
