You will lead portfolio governance, project and program delivery enablement, change management, and business analysis capability uplift driving consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. This senior role includes leadership of three direct reports and close collaboration across VU.Salary: Competitive remuneration packageContract Type: 1 year fixed term, Full timeHours per week: 36.75/1.0FTELocation: Hybrid 3:2 - Footscray Park CampusAbout You:Strategic leader with extensive experience in complex portfolio governance and program or PMO leadershipSkilled in implementing governance frameworks that support strategic alignment, accountability, and high quality program and project deliveryExperienced in driving organisational change, embedding best practice delivery methodologies, and uplifting capability across project, program, business analysis, and change functionsStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective partnerships across complex environmentsExcellent critical thinking, problem solving, and innovation mindset, applying systems thinking in dynamic and evolving contextsProven ability to lead, coach, and develop high performing teams, embedding agile and human centred ways of workingThe University is a Child Safe organisation.
