You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver performance insights that genuinely shape decisions.What you''ll do: Analyse performance measures across operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics Deliver accurate, timely operational and performance reporting to stakeholders Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to lift performance and quality outcomes Support KPI design, PMO-style reporting rhythms, and performance measurement improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret data Present clear reporting narratives, including insights and practical recommendations Contribute to decisions that impact multiple teams and functions Support capability uplift through sharing best practice and mentoring where neededRequirementsCurrent NV1 security clearance (required) Experience in performance reporting, KPI design, and PMO-style reporting cadence Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actions Confident communicator who can present reporting clearly to varied stakeholders Proven ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teamsBenefitsWe recognise that diverse perspectives fuel innovation.
