Join us and be part of something exciting - because dinner just got its spark back. About the roleLove bringing big ideas to life? As our Project Manager, you''ll lead the integration of complex products into Coles Online Customer Fulfilment Centres and help build a scalable convenience meals platform. But most importantly, you will work with key stakeholders across the business to determine the best ways of working, so that we can collectively deliver on our strategic objectives. This is a hands-on role where you''ll plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that make dinner time easier for customers, while driving growth for one of the most exciting parts of our business.This role reports to the Head of QuiteLike and is based in Melbourne. You''ll work across technology, operations, commercial, and supply chain teams, as well as external partners, to make sure everything runs smoothly from concept to go-live.This is a 12 Month Fixed Term ContractAbout you and your skillsYou''re a natural organiser who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. You know how to manage multiple moving parts, keep stakeholders aligned, and deliver projects on time and on budget. You''re comfortable navigating change and love working in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.You''ll also bring:Proven experience in project management within retail, eCommerce, or FMCG environments.Experience managing cross-functional projects involving technology, operations, and commercial teams.Exposure to change management and business transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Tertiary qualification in Business or Project Management, with PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.If you''re ready to deliver projects that shape the future of online meals and make a real impact, we''d love to hear from you.
