This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective rostering of client services across our home care network. You will play a key part in delivering personalised, integrated, and high-quality care by aligning staff skills with client needs and preferences.Full-Time Fixed Term (12 months) role: Monday to Friday Flexible base locationIn your new role, you will:Manage accurate and timely rostering of services to meet client needs and organisational standardsAct as the first point of contact for care staff regarding rostering requirementsEnsure compliance with aged care standards, funding requirements, WHS, and enterprise agreementsCollaborate with clients, their support networks, and care coordinators to uphold client choice and dignityMonitor KPIs related to travel time, missed services, and labour hireProvide training and support on rostering systems and processesParticipate in audits and continuous improvement initiativesOur expectations are you will have:Experience with rostering systems and database management we use AlayCareStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systemsKnowledge of EBAs, penalty rates, and scheduling across multiple sitesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to person-centred care and respect for diversityAn empathetic nature and have patience, particularly when dealing with our senior clientsBenefits of working with RSL LifeCare:Not-for-profit tax benefits - salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year.
