Our Opportunity Work Location:Christmas Creek OR CloudbreakFortescue''s Christmas Creek and Cloudbreak mines are located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.Roster: 7/7 FIFO ex PerthThis role will be within the Water Maintenance team at our Christmas Creek site, reporting to the Water Operations Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Routine servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, fault findingand breakdown repairs on the site water system including pipe work,tanks and control valvesRemoval and installation of multistage bore pumps, centrifugal pumps, fire pumps and isolation and controlvalvesRefuelling of all generators and pumpsIdentification offaults within the water network and creation ofSAP notifications to the respective engineering and maintenance disciplineOperationof mobile equipment including IT Loaders, Telehandlers, Excavators and Light/Medium TrucksPolywelding/fabricationOperation of large-scale water distribution system and managing pond levels Qualifications and Experience Proven experience within water services operations including exposure to bore fields, mine plans, equipment isolations and water compliance requirementsPolywelding/fabrication experience highly desirableC Class Manual Driver''s LicenseCommitment to zero harm principles with a focus on continuous improvement strategiesSelf-motivated and ability to work in astrong team environment as well as autonomouslyStrong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP preferable About Us Be part of something big.
