Based in our Corporate Offices in Henderson, you''ll play a key role ensuring efficient and accurate processing of payments on a weekly and monthly basis.Working collaboratively with the Payroll Manager and Team, you''ll be part of a dynamic environment that values precision and expertise. Whether you''re an experienced individual or new to the profession, your application will be considered thoroughly.What Can we offer youInnovative and supportive cultureOngoing learning and development opportunitiesOnsite parking & cafe The RoleEnter new & update existing employees onto payroll systems as per employment contracts.Assist with payroll and EOY reconciliations.Reconcile weekly PAYG tax payments.Maintain current award updates and payroll adjustments.Prepare, calculate and reconcile weekly and monthly payments for wage and salary-based staffCalculate and process termination payments for employees.Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed. About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following:Previous demonstrated experience in a payroll positionRelevant qualifications in Payroll or similar is desirableStrong attention to detail and accuracyWorking knowledge of EBA interpretation.
