Reporting to the Store Manager you will delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse. In this role you will:Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)To assist in the day-to-day activities within the storeProcessing orders, invoices and paymentsMaintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeepingTo assist with deliveries when required.Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm.What you bring to the roleForklift licence is essential.Possess a strong work ethic.To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.An eagerness to learn about products and services.Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.At CSR, we''re building a better future together.We are a family of 2,600 people across Australia and New Zealand, and we are all collaborating every single day towards a shared purpose - ''Building solutions for a better future''.
