An exciting role exists for a part-time Leave Relief Speech Pathologist, working across the units and services at Royal Rehab Ryde. This role will develop your expertise in specialist neurological rehabilitation and give you the opportunity to work with supportive multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals. You will receive quality support & supervision from a dynamic speech pathology team. You will have access to the latest SP technology, including a suite of applications & eye-gaze technology. Key responsibilities include: Providing high quality evidence-based speech pathology assessment & interventions for adults with neurological, spinal and degenerative conditions.Ensuring continuity of service provision and care with clinical cover for speech pathologists across the multidisciplinary teams at Royal Rehab Ryde.Contributing to multidisciplinary teamwork within the Brain Injury Unit, Royal Rehab Private Hospital, LifeWorks and a range of community-based rehab teams.Actively contributing to speech pathology service development projects, initiatives & research.About you.. We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with: Essential Criteria: A degree in Speech Pathology & practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia.Post-graduate experience working within a rehabilitation framework & multidisciplinary teams.A high level of commitment and personal alignment to the organisation''s purpose, vision and values.Exemplary verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent time management, flexibility and self-organisation skillsCurrent C class driver''s licence.Desirable Criteria: Flexible workdays.Experience working in a private health setting.LSVT certified &/or SPEAK OUT provider.Your Royal Rewards...
