Your Responsibilities:Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completionOnboarding new clients including knowledge of documentation requirements and AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer) verification checksRecording of static data into systems including updating client''s personal information, account classifications, account products and servicesProcessing account closures and deceased estates (probate/will)Liaison with custodians and business partnersEnsure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirementsYour skills and experienceExposure to a client service or operations function, ideally within Financial ServicesExperience performing data entry and general administrative tasks in a fastpaced environmentAn interest in, or foundational knowledge of, Australian financial markets (desirable)Your qualificationsCompleted or working towards a degree in Finance, Business or CommerceLGT Wealth Management is committed to the ongoing development of their employees.
