Permanent/Continuing, part time appointment (21 hours per week, Wednesday Friday)Level 3/4: $65,896 - $84,002 (pro-rated) + 17% SuperannuationUOW Student Residences is looking for an organised and customer focused Administration Assistant to support daily operations at International House. Working between 8am and 6pm on rotating shifts, you''ll provide frontline reception coverage and help ensure the residence runs smoothly.The role involves managing resident accounts, processing mail, coordinating event orders, assisting with equipment hire, and responding to general enquiries. You''ll also support management with scheduling conduct and welfare meetings, while maintaining accurate records and following university procedures.As a primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and stakeholders, you''ll contribute to a welcoming and supportive residential environment.
