To find out more visit our website at About the role The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:Monitor CCTV and radio communications systemsAccess control and monitor fire and alarm panelRespond to all customer enquiries and liaise with emergency servicesConduct foot patrolsComplete reports and computer useSites include Holsworthy Barracks, RAAF Richmond, RAAF Glenbrook, Orchard Hills.Skills & experienceCertificate II in Security OperationsAvailable to work 24/7 rosterNSW Security licencePrevious experience in a customer facing roleExperience in security operations (ideal, but not necessary)Positive attitude, great communication skills, willingness to learn and adaptAustralian Citizenship required; Baseline clearance (or the ability to obtain)Australian Defence force experience is desirableVeterans are encouraged to applyIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
