Job Description Whatyou''lldoEndtoendpayroll processing in ADP Payforce for ~800 employees across three entities on a monthly cycle.Compliance and controls across STP, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, leave accruals, EOFY.Employee support & communications.Reporting & reconciliation for Finance and People & Culture.Continuous improvement and process refinement.Stakeholderpartnershipacross Finance, P&C, Business Units, and external providers. Qualifications Whatwe''relooking for:Experience running mediumtolarge Australian payrolls.Strong customer service mindset.Excellent problemsolving and attention to detailKnowledge of Australianand New Zealandpayroll legislation.Stakeholder management capability.Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight statutorydeadlines.High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
