We like to bring people together two days in the office, and we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance What you''ll doAs the Licensing Coordinator you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Responding to customer licensing queries, providing quotes, and ensuring all software renewals are kept up to dateWorking with distributors and vendors including managing the orders pre- and post-salesContributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customersAttending vendor and distributor training regularly to develop product knowledge and understandingSupporting and working closely with Business Development in the day-to-day transactions of their software for clients includingEnsuring Account Managers and Software Licensing Consultants are kept up to date with all Communications on any Escalations / Issues / ResolutionsDeal Registration for software vendors where requiredWorking with accounts department on various administration tasks for our ordersMeeting expected Service Levels for customers and internal purposesWe operate with agility, adapting to evolving requirements from customers, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
