Each day you''ll receive a steady stream of leads to qualify, progress through the pipeline, and convert into long-term customers.You''ll own the full sales journey, building strong relationships with subcontractors, managing objections with confidence, and representing E1 with credibility and care. Along the way, you''ll keep a sharp, organised pipeline, share market insights with your teammates and the wider business, and contribute to a sales culture that thrives on collaboration and results.Your day to day will include:Proactively qualifying inbound and outbound leads, tailoring your approach to customer needsManaging a pipeline of opportunities across multiple stages with discipline and focusDriving new business through consultative selling and industry knowledgeCollaborating in daily team meetings and internal catch-ups to share insights, strategies, and supportKeeping accurate CRM records and providing feedback that helps us continuously improveAbout YouYou''ve got that Sales DNA.
