This role is based in our office in Acacia Ridge and reports to the AGV Service Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the AGV Service daily operations of the Northern Region Service team and will be required to travel regularly to our customer sites.WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON Manage Service Engineers and Field Service TechniciansCoordinate the team''s work schedules and assign work to ensure that contracted response times are metCoordinate incidents and breakdowns to ensure escalations are prioritisedDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customersManage modernisation projects in service as requiredProvide leadership, advice, coaching and support to the AGV Service teamTravelling to customer sites to provide hands on service and support for breakdowns, servicing, modifications and spare part salesAssisting the Service Manager with working within budgets and towards targets as well as reportingSETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESSMinimum 1 3 years as supervisor or project managerSeveral years'' experience working in a Customer Service environmentEquivalent industrial engineering or maintenance experience, preferably with RoboticsStrong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to liaise with all levels of staffUnderstanding OH&S requirementsUnderstanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlinesAvailability and willingness to travel to customer sites predominantly in NSW and QLD but also throughout the greater APAC region when requiredHOW TO APPLYIf you would like to apply for the above position, please click on the ''Apply for this job'' button and submit your resume.
