The Aftermarket Sales & Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the aftermarket business across Western Australia. This role blends customer engagement, technical coordination, sales support, and field activities to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be technically astute, highly organised, and motivated with recent experience working on industrial sites.Some of the duties include:Manage customer enquiries, quotations, RFQs, and order processing for aftermarket parts and services, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support across the customer lifecycleUndertake site-based activities including customer visits, equipment assessments, and coordination of service activities, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and site documentationEngage customers in value-based discussions to identify operational needs and recommend appropriate Eriez aftermarket solutions, upgrades, and services to drive revenue growthPlan and execute business travel with clear objectives, manage mine site inductions and mobilisation requirements, and coordinate field service readiness and complianceSupport the end-to-end RFQ process, including scope clarification, pricing coordination, and proposal preparation, with a strong understanding of the aftermarket environmentIdentify process improvements, maintain accurate CRM/ERP records, and collaborate with internal sales, service, and operations teams to enhance customer outcomes and service efficiencyRequirementsJoin a company that values precision, innovation, and strong project leadership.
