You''ll be welcomed into a supportive, inclusive environment where your contribution is valued and the positive outcomes of your work are seen every day.Your key responsibilities will be to:Conducting all the arrangements to lease vacant properties quickly and effectivelyWork with tenants to assist and support them in maintaining their tenanciesCarry out property inspections and complete the required property reportsPrepare court/tribunal documents where necessaryEnsure tenancy and property records are kept up to date and information recorded meets the organisations and Regulatory standardsMaintain a strong KPI focus across a variety of performance areasMaintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholdersActively contributes to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional supportRequirements for SuccessDemonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups with strong people skillsKnowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act would be preferredPrevious experience working in the housing or social welfare sector would be preferredStrong experience with Microsoft Office products for reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong administrative experience and interpersonal skillsCurrent Drivers'' Licence and valid WWVPBefore starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, and WWVP.
