Our team is growing rapidly in response to market demands for critical thinkers who can solve complex business problems.About the role Engage directly with senior clients across health and adjacent industries on their most important and challenging business issues and addressing and solving their priority operational problemsWork with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive quality and performance through their business operationsDemonstrate an exceptional understanding of complex operations management and the ability to several client projectsUnderstanding of key technologies, digitisation and AI impacts to the sectorThis role requires proven people management capabilities, exceptional team leadership skills and the ability and desire to develop others in their careersDraw on Deloitte''s unique capabilities in design thinking, digital, data and analytics, Deloitte Access Economics and experience from our global consulting network.A career in Operations Advisorymeans you will be working alongside Australia''s leaders solving the toughest problems you will never have a boring day About your ExperienceIn response to strong client demand for our services we are currently seeking to recruit an outstanding Operations Transformation Manager with extensive experience in the health sector and adjacent industries.To succeed in this role you will have:Extensive operations consulting experience in a Tier 1 Consulting firm, boutique strategy and technology house or a senior internal advisory role with proven experience as a trusted business advisor to senior client leadersMust have a strong background in health & human services organisations, with preferred experience in improvement, productivity and performance including leadership in technology and business transformation programmesProven experience leading large scale operation transformation consulting projects, managing senior relationships within toplisted organisations, and managing large, diverse teams, virtually and face-to-faceAbility to solve complex business problems using a hypothesis-based approachDemonstrated experience in leading client pursuits and ability to adapt to market trendsAbility to quickly build rapport and grow client relationships to establish a strong network in marketDemonstrated experience in operating model design, business process management, complex transformation and operational improvement.Strong analytical and modelling skillsExperience in a leadership role emphasising growing and developing junior team members and driving a culture of continuous learningWhy Deloitte?At Deloitte, we create positively differentiated work experiences that enable our people to feel valued and achieve their full potential.
