Job Description We currently have an opportunity at our Sydney Airport for an Aerodrome Operatorto join our team. This is a shift work position which requires some degree of flexibility in relation to shift start and finish times. Full or Part time positions are available, with Weekend and public holiday work required.It will be suited to someone that wants to stay active and has an interest in the Aviation industry. Twelve weeks of intensive training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesMainly focused on tarmac operations to assist customers and conduct Into Plane FuellingDriving fuel dispensersEngaging in tasks at elevated heightsHandling manual tasks and entering dataDelivering exceptional customer serviceDemonstrate mechanical aptitudeEnsuring fuel quality control through testing. QualificationsPrevious experience operating within airport apron environments or aircraft refuelling operations highly desirable.Current Heavy Rigid and Dangerous Goods licenses desirableStrong work ethicStrong communication skills with a positive outlookReliable and trustworthyAttention to detailStrong commitment to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) practicesDesire to work and contribute to a high performing teamReliable transport and current drivers licence (min. two years full licence).Flexibility to cover changing workload demand within an airport over a 24 hour operation which will include weekend work Additional Information About Viva EnergyJoin a team that values diversity.
