The Digital & Strategic Program team plays a key role in driving the transformation and delivery of the once in a generation reforms, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to delivery customer centric solutions which supports compliance activity associated with building legislation.We understand our people make us who we are, and we celebrate diversity and looking to build flexible project teams with complementary skills to help deliver our critical programs of work.Responsibilities include:-Identify, analyse, and document business processes,systemsand other functional requirements to support efficient andearly deliveryof digital products-Investigate problems, analyseoptionsand provide recommendations for new and existing services-Build effective relationships with stakeholders and users to understand and analyse solutions to business problems andfacilitatescoping of business priorities-Communicateacceptancecriteria, formally andinformally, to ensure development and testing teams have a clear understanding-Work with stakeholders, architects, and project leaders to provide relevant business solutions ensuring proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements-Provide support tosolution developers andsystemtestersTo be successful in this role you will have:-Experience in implementing complex integrated digital solutions and managing third party ICT vendors and large project teams including developers, solutionarchitectsand business analysts.-Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically and innovatively toidentifyissues and develop recommendations to solve problems-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex issues to both technical and non-technical teams-Demonstrated ability towork to tight deadlines and balance competing needs-Understanding of CRM systemseg.Pega, Salesforce-You must be a team player andpossessa can-do attitude and be solution orientated.What we need from youAn up-to-date CV and a brief cover letter (2 page maximum) outlining how your skills and experience are aligned to the role.
