Tip Top Victoria is currently seeking applications for 2 Reliability Shift Fitters to join our Reliability team at our Dandenong site.Working 4 on 4 off rotating days and night shifts. (Two days, Two Nights, Four Off Shift Pattern)You will be part of a busy team that provides round-the-clock support to ensure our product is delivered on time. This varied role ensures high quality mechanical engineering services are provided to our plant and equipment as well as supporting production and site activities to optimise productivity and minimise downtime. You will also ensure that client relationships are maintained and service delivery is of the highest possible standard.Roster: 4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)Purpose of the RolePerform preventative and breakdown maintenance on bakery equipment including ovens, conveyors, mixers, dividers, and packaging lines.Diagnose faults and carry out precision fitting, turning, and fabrication tasks as required.Support production teams with timely maintenance response to minimise downtime display a sense of urgency when requiredParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and machine modifications.Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.MEX CMMS exposureEnsure all work complies with site safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
