It features pleasant surroundings in which to dine and socialise with family and fellow residents, including a multipurpose room, TV sitting room and kitchenette.Blakiston Lodge is dedicated to caring for people with dementia and mental illness and offers a safe and secure environment, quality nursing, and medical and psychiatric support for residents.About the roleThe successful applicant will take a leadership role in strategic and daily issues with well-developed problem-solving abilities and proven ability to support change. Hold a sound level of nursing skills and is easily identified as a role model of clinical competence. Demonstrate clearknowledge of team function and ability to work and support a cohesive team.
