Safety and quality are at the heart of everything we do.Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a QA Manager at our Carrara site. This is a standalone position where you will take full ownership of all quality-related activities, working in close partnership with the production team to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvementReporting to the Regional Quality & Compliance Manager, you''ll lead the site''s Quality Management System and embed a strong food safety culture.Purpose of the RoleOwn and manage all quality and food safety activities on sitePartner with production teams daily to achieve compliance and operational excellenceMaintain and improve QMS, HACCP and customer standardsConduct internal audits, manage certifications and close out non-conformancesLead investigations and implement corrective actions for food safety incidentsDeliver training and coaching on food safety and quality standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and GMP complianceAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Tertiary qualification in Food Science or equivalentStrong experience in food manufacturing and quality systemsKnowledge of audit processes, HACCP, and QMS reportingExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skillsProficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail Why Join Us?At Tip Top Bakeries, we''re proud to produce an extensive range of wholesome sliced bread, muffins, crumpets, pies, and bakery snacks.
