Delivery of Swim School and School Swimming ProgramsLead and manage all Learn to Swim, School Swimming, squad and aquatic education programs at Mildura WavesBuild strong, collaborative relationships with local primary and secondary schools to grow participation in School Swimming programsCoordinate the planning, staffing and delivery of school swimming and water safety programs during school termsRecruit, induct, train and performance-manage swim school and school program staffEnsure the delivery of safe, engaging and high-quality lessons aligned with industry best practiceMaintain strong relationships with key industry bodies and service providersManage programs within agreed budgetsProvide accurate program information across all relevant communication channels2. Participation and Program GrowthMaximise lesson numbers and school program utilisationImplement a customer-centric culture where students enjoy their lessons and schools feel supported and well informedDevelop structured retention, progression and acquisition strategies across both swim school and school programsSupport promotional and engagement initiatives in collaboration with Customer Experience and Aquatics leadershipEffectively program aquatic space to balance:Learn to Swim and School Swimming demandSquad and lap swimmingCommunity access and recreationSchool, club and community group use3. Program Development and Regional SupportMaintain up-to-date knowledge of aquatic and water safety industry trendsLead and educate teaching teams on new approaches, curriculum updates and innovationsContribute to annual program, service and asset planningFrom time to time, provide leadership support and guidance for programming at Mildura''s seasonal outdoor pools, particularly during peak summer operations4.
