The business is known for its strong systems, quality product and collaborative culture, with a genuine focus on client experience and long-term relationships.About You:Worked for home builders.3 to 5 years'' experience in residential pre-construction and construction administration.Strong understanding of theend-to-end homebuilding processExperience using homebuilding or construction software such as Companion, Framework or similar software.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) The Role:This is a hands-on Pre-Construction and Customer Service Administrator role supporting projects from pre-approval through to construction and handover. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with the Contract Administrator, Compliance Administrator and Construction Supervisors. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will ensure documentation, approvals and communication are managed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Construction and CompliancePrepare certificates, compliance documentation and approval packs.Complete applications for occupational certificates and driveway compliance.Chase permits and ensure all approvals received within the required timeframes.Prepare and manage job files including plans, approvals, specifications and contracts.Record, issue and track client variations accurately.Construction Administration SupportProvide administrative support to Construction Supervisors.Maintain up-to-date plans, selections, variations and documentation.Track construction progress, inspections and milestones.Prepare and distribute information for meetings and site coordination.Assist with final inspections, defect lists and homeowner handover documentation.Customer Service and CommunicationAct as the main point of contact for clients during pre-construction and early build stagesProvide regular, clear updates and manage client expectations.Handle client queries, concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically.Work closely with internal teams, trades and suppliers to ensure a smooth client experience.Why Join:This is an opportunity to join a growing residential builder where you can work across a wide variety of homes and projects.
