We are looking for diverse range of experienced carers who want regular/ ongoing shifts and are willing to commit to minimum of around 20 hours per week.About the RoleMaking Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client''s needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised;Assist clients (e.g. Aged Care/ Support At Home'') with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship;Assist clients (e.g. NDIS ''High Intensity'') with medication administration, PEG feeding, oral suctioning, seizure management, managing challenging behaviours, Austism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/ or other high care needs undertaken in accordance with clinical policies and approved DoC framework;Deliver care in accordance with the client''s care plan that has been developed by a Registered Nurse;Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly;Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.BenefitsFlexible working hours and rostersCareer development opportunitiesWork with a supportive and dynamic teamOngoing trainingSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience as a Support Worker/ CaregiverMust be able to speak and write in English.
