Supported by a trusted network of skilled installers, True Floors delivers high-quality results and proudly services major retailers including Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi.True Floors is looking for a dedicated and passionate Project Administrator to join their team in Sydney NSW.Location:Salary: $76, $85,000.00 per annum + SuperHours: Full Time - 38 hours per weekPosition Purpose:To help develop products for a growing, fast-paced area of the business to ensure that targets are met and by extension, that business goals are also met and revenue is increased.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Responding to enquiries and resolving issues relating to projects, contracts and service deliveryCollaborating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure project objectives are metPlanning and programming of works including plant and labour resourcing.Collecting, analysing and reporting on project data to monitor performance and outcomesLiaising with various parties (builder, site teams and client) to ensure successful completion of works.Preparing, reviewing and coordinating variations to contracts, project programs and service agreementsMonitor quality and WH&S.Monitoring contractor performance and reporting on variations to work ordersManaging and maintaining all project, contract and service-related documentationPreparing and reviewing reports, submissions and documentation relating to organisational activitiesProviding support and advice to senior management and implementing approved decisionsSkills and Competencies:: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels written, phone and face to face.: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.: accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.Essential Criteria:3+ years relevant work experience is preferred (in flooring and/or project leadership).Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.Excellent time management skills, organisation and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.Role is both site and office based therefore a good level of computer competency is required to help with job costing, emails, WHS compliance, handover documentation, purchase orders, etc.Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $76,515.00 $85,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
