The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack''sFull job descriptionThe Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals, to deliver on Hungry Jack''s Vision, execute the business strategy, and maximize profitability.Our Operations Manager will coach and guide their Restaurant Manager''s by setting performance objectives, evaluating, optimising operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld in safety and compliance.With 3 stores in the Gippsland area, the Operations Manager will be the first point of contact for any escalations from the restaurant managers.
