This role sits within a major regulatory program delivered in collaboration with APRA, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.What you''ll do: Partner with SMEs and the central program team to scope, plan, document, and deliver outcomes across seven workstreams Manage project budgets, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope Coordinate Steering Committee and Working Group cadences, including agendas and minutes as required Create and maintain core program artefacts, including risks, issues, actions, and key documentation Support executive reporting and engagement activities as required, including inputs for regulator-facing updates Proactively manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment to policy, process, and regulatory requirementsRequirements15+ years experience as a Project Manager in complex environments Strong banking and financial services experience Proven delivery in highly regulated organisations with strong governance discipline Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and drive outcomes across competing deadlinesBenefitsTowcha People is an Indigenous-owned recruitment business and we are committed to fair access to opportunity.
