The analyst should align business requirements and strategic objectives. This role includes translating business needs into technical solutions, overseeing design, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure collaboration solutions.Essential Functions:Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designsDesign scalable, secure, and maintainable architectural solutions for Project Online/Project ServerSelect appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms, including cloud servicesCreate and maintain technical documentation and implementation plansProvide technical guidance to development teamsEnsure integration of new applications with existing systemsIdentify and mitigate technical risksCollaborate with various teams to ensure successful project deliveryEnsure applications comply with security standards and development guidelinesEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvementsWorking closely with our business partners to ensure their collaboration needs are being metQualifications:Bachelor''s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.4+ years of experience in IT related to the following collaboration tools SharePoint, Project Online, Project Server and IntralinksPreferred Additional Skills:Experience leading teams of developers and managing IT projectsProblem-solving and analytical skillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsAbility to align technical solutions with business goalsProject Management and organizational skillsExperience with Agile development methodologies or DevOps practicesExperience with requirements gathering, translating to technical implementationsProficiency in designing technology solutions for Project Online and Project ServerFamiliar with Azure GCC High Gov CloudFamiliar with external file transfer solutionsFamiliar with working with end users to troubleshoot technical issuesExperience with Azure GCC High CloudIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $96,000-$178,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $84,000-$156,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
