Inventory Specialist - SydneyPermanent - Full TimeWe are looking for hopefully, youWe''re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on Inventory Specialist to join our Fulfilment & Inventory team at our Waterloo Head Office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems and problem-solving, and who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You''ll play a key role in supporting inventory accuracy, delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction, while working closely with Sales, Fulfilment, Warehousing and Transport partners.You''ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills across inventory management, systems and operational processes, with clear exposure to the national inventory function.The Inventory Specialist''s key responsibilities will include:Supporting order handover from Sales, ensuring accurate data entry and validation across systemsCoordinating stock allocation and transfers to meet customer and project requirementsScheduling deliveries to optimise routes, timelines and operational efficiencyActing as a key point of contact for inventory-related customer enquiriesManaging and resolving post-sale and delivery-related issues, escalating where requiredMaintaining accurate inventory records and updating internal systemsSupporting fulfilment SOPs and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesAttending WIP (Work in Progress) meetings and tracking order and delivery statusCollaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless, customer-focused experienceSupporting general inventory and fulfilment administration as requiredRequirementsWe need you to bringExperience in inventory, logistics, fulfilment, warehousing or operations support (or a strong willingness to learn)Strong attention to detail and confidence working with systems and dataClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalA collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously when neededConfidence handling customer queries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiencyReliability, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAn interest in building a longer-term career in inventory, operations or supply chainExperience with ERP systems and inventory management tools (highly regarded) Please note that we require full permanent working rights for this position.BenefitsIn return, we''ll give you Perks, benefits and the space to grow.
