Sydney preferred | Open to Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth | Hybrid workingMUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead the end-to-end management of a portfolio of Employee Share Plan clients.This role is suited to a seasoned relationship manager with strong technical knowledge of employee share plans and the confidence to manage complex client portfolios, stakeholder relationships, and escalations across multiple regions.About the roleReporting into senior leadership, you will have overall responsibility for the delivery, governance, and growth of a portfolio of Employee Share Plan clients. You will oversee service administration, reconciliations, reporting, and client outcomes, while also providing leadership, guidance, and escalation support to a team of Client Relationship Managers.You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, identifying opportunities to enhance services, strengthen relationships, and support MUFG''s broader strategic objectives.Key responsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of Employee Share Plan clients, ensuring high-quality service deliveryOversee administration of employee share plans, including reconciliations of bank accounts, trustee holdings, and employee entitlementsAct as the senior escalation point for client and operational issues across NSW, VIC and QLDBuild strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (including Company Secretaries)Identify opportunities to enhance services, support retention, and drive additional businessCoordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliveryOversee reporting, billing, invoicing, and monitoring of debtor balancesDevelop and maintain operational procedures and client documentationIdentify risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place in line with plan rules and regulatory requirementsStay informed on industry developments and emerging issues impacting employee share plansAbout youYou are a confident, experienced relationship manager who brings both technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills.
