Our Service teams are continuously focused on improving service performance in order to deliver the best fitness experience anywhere in the world.We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Field Service Technician who will act as a true customer advocate. In this role, you will ensure complete customer satisfaction by professionally managing maintenance and service interventions for Technogym products. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer care.WhatWeOffer7 extra Wellness Days per year1BirthdayLeavedayinyourbirthdaymonthAccesstoourEmployeeAssistanceProgram(EAP)withpaidtherapysessions$100monthlyreimbursementforgymmembershiporaClassPassmembership Your ImpactPerforming service and installation activities in line with standard operating procedures and quality standards.Achieving field performance targets (TTS, FTFR, JMR3) through efficient execution.Managing spare parts inventory with accuracy and responsibility.Educating customers on the correct use and care of Technogym equipment.Diagnosing technical issues through effective root cause analysis and implementing lasting solutions.Accurately managing work orders, service reports, and service data.Providing structured technical feedback from the field to support continuous improvement.Communicating clearly with customers regarding service visits and arrival times.Ensuring safe, responsible use of tools, equipment, and vehicles in compliance with Health & Safety regulations. About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
