The HumeLink East section is a critical component of this program, involving complex engineering, construction, and stakeholder coordination across multiple work fronts.About the RoleWe''re seeking a proactive and detaildriven Document Control Administrator to support project delivery by ensuring all project documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant with project standards. You''ll be the backbone of information flow maintaining structure, consistency, and traceability across a fastpaced engineering and construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming and outgoing project documentation in accordance with project and client requirementsMaintain document registers, metadata, workflows, and version controlCoordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental documentation standardsSupport project teams with document retrieval, filing, and system navigationPrepare reports, dashboards, and status updates on document control performanceLiaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve document discrepanciesMaintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive project information Required Skills and CompetenciesExperience in document control within construction, engineering, utilities, or major infrastructureStrong understanding of document management systems (e.g., Aconex, TeamBinder, ProjectWise, or similar)Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company''s commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
