Primary LocationTAS - Mornington - Jannah Court Job Description SummaryService Stream''s Utilities division are currently seeking a Works Order Coordinator - Advanced Metering to join our growing company About the RoleService Stream''s Utilities division are currently seeking a Work Order Coordinator - Advanced Meteringto join our growing company.Nature of position: Permanent / Full timeLocation: Mornington, TAS & Melbourne VICReporting Line: Team LeaderKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and drive field staff productivity to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end and within regulatory time framesFacilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, triage, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systemsAvailable on a rotating shift (7:30am4:30pm) to manage inbound customer calls using client systemsConduct outbound scripted calls with customers to obtain explicit informed consent, and coordinate calls with building managers to arrange technician accessIdentify and consolidate data from the client in order to plan and allocate work ordersMaintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcingWorking efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databasesEnsure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customerUndertake and complete any other duties as requested by the Scheduling & Planning Lead / ManagerStrong focus on problem solving, compliance and servicing the client''s expectationsSkills and ExperienceMinimum 12 months in a customer service, administrative or technical support role is essentialCompetencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook is essentialBasic technical knowledge of electrical metering work is an advantageExcellent organisational and administration skillsHigh level attention to detailAbout UsService Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia''s essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
