As the demandfor HenderCare services has increased in the community, we arecurrently seeking dedicated support workers to join ourteam to provide 1-on-1 support to a service recipient in their home in Robe SA.In this casual role you will work a mixture of day, afternoon and overnights with care over the weekends to ensure our clients is provided with 24/7 care.Take your next step with HenderCare. About the Role As a casual Support Worker, you''ll cater to diverse clients, addressing their unique needs and fostering a strong sense of community. Embrace flexibility with shifts ranging between 2-6 hours in length. Ideal candidates excel in handling multiple shorter shifts, ensuring consistent opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives we support.In this casual role, some of the services you may be required to provide include:1-1 Personal care Supporting the client with complex needs. Community access support Person Transfers Meal preparation Light domestic duties Social support About You We are looking for someone with a caring nature and attributes such as encouragement, attentiveness, adaptability, excellent communication, and strong time management skills.
